What is VR?

VR stands for Virtual Reality, and the VR feature allows you to replace your wallpaper with a desired image or presentation rather than a natural background.

Using a virtual background, you can hide unnecessary background elements (interiors such as office furniture) in the place where the user is located, and apply the same background to attendees at meetings or events to create a strong effect in the same space.

You can hear the echo like sometimes heard in karaoke.

Are you running meeting gear on more than one device in the same place?
The sound coming from the speaker of the neighboring device may come into the microphone and cause echo.
If you must use it in the same place, we recommend that you use a headset. This will not affect each other.
As a tip, if you connect an echo canceling microphone to one PC, multiple people can talk together in the same place.

This can happen when used concurrently with other conference systems.
In the case of a laptop microphone, there are models located right next to the speakers.
Echoes can also occur in this case. If possible, we recommend using a headset.
If you do not have a headset, try using a smartphone (iOS, Android). The microphone on your smartphone comes with Echo Cancelling as standard.

After the video comes out, it turns itself into an avatar.

If the communication network for video conference is insufficient, the system automatically recognizes it and automatically replaces the video with an avatar and only transmits audio to make up for the insufficient bandwidth required for video transmission.

After accessing the meeting, the screen is black and only the product logo is visible at the bottom of the screen.

This is the case when no one other than you has accessed or no participant has turned on the video.
If it is possible to change the ticket for the meeting room, you can turn on your video after obtaining the ticket from the attendee window.
In the case of a meeting room where the ticket cannot be changed, the video cannot be turned on until the host enters.

Can I talk after making my video invisible?

Yes, it is possible.

In the mobile app, you can turn off your camera through the microphone/image control button that appears when you touch the user video.

If you select the microphone icon in the video/audio selection window at the top left of the PC app screen, only voice is transmitted. In addition, if you are a presenter or presenter, if you select a voice conference, all participants can talk only by voice. Please refer to the user guide for details.

Can I chat during a video conference?

Yes, it is possible.
You can chat at any time by selecting the chat menu.

The call quality is poor during a video conference.

Due to the characteristics of Wifi sharing signals, there may be insufficient bandwidth or weak signal strength.
Use the network signal where possible, or try connecting by cable LAN.

Check CPU and RAM usage.
Since the PC app is a program that processes images, it uses some resources of CPU and RAM. (Approximately 20% for Intel i5 Core)
If other unused programs are running in the background and you are consuming resources from your PC or smartphone, try stopping them.

Video freezes or stutters.
